1. Eligibility for Refunds
- Refund shall be subject to customer cancelling their participation within the timelines specified in the booking form.
- Non-refundable components, such as third-party supplier fees (e.g., airlines, hotels) and non recoverable administrative charges, our service fee will be disclosed upfront and deducted from the total refund amount, as outlined in the booking terms.
2. Cancellation Procedure
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing to our customer service team, referencing the booking/order number, within the window outlined in the booking confirmation (typically 7–30 days before service date, unless specified otherwise).
- The request must include relevant supporting documents (e.g., payment receipts, contract copy).
3. Processing of Refunds
- Refunds, once approved, will be processed within a maximum of 30 days from receipt of the written request and all supporting documents.
- Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment. In cases where that is not feasible, credit may be extended as per prior agreement with the customer.
- The processing timeline may depend on receiving funds from third-party suppliers (e.g., airlines, hotels, ground transport) and is subject to their refund policies.
4. Partial Refunds
- In case of partial cancellations (e.g., cancellation of part of an itinerary), only the refundable portion as per the supplier’s and company policy will be returned.
- If additional services have been consumed or partially used, proportionate deductions will be made.
5. Exclusions
No refunds will be provided in the following cases:
- Force majeure circumstances (natural calamities, government restrictions, pandemics, etc.), unless otherwise provided in the contract.
- Customised, non-standard arrangements explicitly marked as non-refundable during booking.
- No-shows, or failure to provide necessary documentation for service delivery (such as ID proofs, travel documents).
Starvoy reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at its discretion, in accordance
with applicable laws. Any changes will be clearly notified on our website or
communicated directly to affected customers.
